Privacy Policy

In light of the coming into force of the GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as the European Union act of law for the protection of personal data in place of Directive 95/46/EC of 1995, this is to inform:

3. Your personal data will be processed:
– to enter or perform a contract (Article 6(1)b of the GDPR);
– for the Controller to comply with legal obligations such as the tax law (Article 6(1)c of the GDPR);
– for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including pursuit of claims or defence against claims (Article 6(1)f of the GDPR);

4. Your personal data are processed to perform contracts until the end of the performance and then for the time required by the law of the Controller and to pursue any claims or defend against any claims.

5. Recipients of your data will be entities involved in the provision of services, such as delivery companies, post, or legal firms the company outsources procedures to, entities helping resolve claims, and institutions required by the law such as the Social Insurance Institution, the Revenue Office, and other.

6. You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
-the right to demand access to your personal data from the Controller
-the right to demand that the Administrator rectifies the personal data
-the right to demand that the Administrator restricts the processing of the personal data
-the right to object to the processing of the personal data
-the right to personal data portability
-the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection

7. Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform under contracts with the Controller.
